The beta

Listing Desk is free during the beta. It's early software: things may change or break, and we may end the beta at any time. If we ever start charging, we'll tell you first, and you won't be charged without saying yes.

Your drafts are drafts

Listing Desk writes drafts with AI (Anthropic's Claude). Drafts can contain mistakes. Review and edit everything before you post or send it. You and your broker remain responsible for your advertising, including Fair Housing, MLS and state rules (for example, showing your brokerage name). Our wording check only flags common issues; it doesn't make anything compliant. Nothing here is legal advice.

Your photos and listing info

Only upload photos you have the right to use. Your listings, photos and messages are visible only to you (and to Vito for support and fixing problems). We send listing details and photos to Anthropic's API to write drafts; Anthropic does not use API data to train its models by default. We don't sell or share your data. Delete a listing at any time and its photos and drafts are removed. Ask Vito to delete your account and everything in it.

Client information

Only enter what a message needs (like a first name). Never enter Social Security numbers, bank or loan details, or documents.

Your feedback

Feedback helps us build this. We won't quote you or use your name, listings or results publicly without your written OK. If you give a testimonial, we'll note you used Listing Desk free during the beta.
